Here are the most frequent questions we get asked:
Why is your printing so cheap compared to the competition; does that mean the quality is lacking?
Quite the contrary, our quality is one of the best on the market. We happen to be our own 3d printing service agent so we don’t rely on third parties.
Why do we have to pay in advance (after casting but before shipping)?
As a small KMU, we cannot afford to wait weeks for payments because of fluctuating precious metals prices. We offer high quality macro shots of your castings/prints before payment is requested. We also weigh and photograph on our scale that is permitted through the Verification office (Eichamt) of canton Zurich.
We guarantee the casting/prints will be of the very best quality. If you receive an order that is not up to standard, and the fault is on us, just send it back for a full refund.
Please understand that we can only accept returns if the piece is unworked.
Can we only order prints from you and cast at another company we are loyal to?
Of course, we will gladly ship the wax in a secured form. Less work for us.
We offer casting services ourselves, can we get a deal on bulk wax printing?
Yes, get in touch.
How many days do castings take once you receive our Stencil?
It depends, we try to commission one color alloy per day. This might change once business picks up. Best is you ask us once the order is placed.
Do you do rush orders?
Yes, for rush prices. But remember the old saying ‘haste makes waste’. When you rush the process, mistakes can happen.
If we order prints only, when is the cutoff time?
13:00, anything after that gets printed the next work day (monday-friday).
